I am writing this in reference to the letter that I sent you on December19, 2005. In that letter I asked that blind vendors and their businesses operated on state property be kept out of any future RFP. Due to the retaliatory nature of the Administrative order signed by the Governor, I requested that it be retracted. I am requesting a response to these issues and would appreciate that as quickly as possible
